With a different focus each session, we'll guide you through an energising 45 minute flow focusing on creating strength and movement before delving into an hour of relaxing, nourishing yin to aid a release in the muscles and fascia creating a sense of physical wellbeing. Enjoy adjustments and aromatherapy to help take you away and relax..

After your practice you'll feel suitable hungry and ready to enjoy delicious home-cooked food and drink - expect a brunch feast! Make it boozy and enjoy a glass of prosecco and a cocktail if you fancy!

Time for a treat? Join us for the best night of your life (seriously, it's the best thing ever!) Soothing restorative poses and your own dedicated massage therapist to adjust and release muscle tension in each pose. Calm the nervous system with slow breathing and relaxing aromatherapy.

Restorative yoga is all about calming the body in passive stretches with no effort. Your body will be supported by props and made warm and cosy with blankets and weighted pillows. Your massage therapist will adjust and massage your body using aromatherapy at your desired pressure. Massage stimulates the blood flow, increases feel good hormones and has many health benefits.

Worried you'll get to a yoga class and not have a clue what's going on? Don't worry, most of us do if we're new to it all.. So we've created this course to ease your 'first-time' nerves and explain everything you need to know to get started. With a maximum of 12 people per class, we'll make sure you're doing everything safely and mindfully, we'll work with your personal goals and/or injuries, and you'll have the opportunity to ask questions if something doesn't quite make sense. This course will give you all the essentials you'll need to begin your yoga journey. Designed for complete beginners and for those who want to learn more about the fundamentals of a yoga practice. This course will introduce you to the foundations of yoga and give you more confidence in class.

A retreat takes you away from the hustle and gives you space to enjoy yoga, nutritious food, good company and allows you plenty of time to relax and reflect. All inclusive except for flights.

Get yourself comfy and let the sound of gongs take you on a meditative journey.
Being bathed in sound allows vibration to travel through the body; resetting the nervous system, aiding sleep and surfacing feelings of safety. Sound baths are known to prevent inflammation in the body, inhibiting the stress and pain response, as well as having a positive effect on your heart and respiratory rates.
